Early Life, School Time
Mr. Vinod Ramchandra Ghosalkar was born on 30 April, 1958 in Mumbai only. That time he was small, but later he did his SSC exam from Namjoshi Vidya Mandir school in Goregaon, in year 1973. After that we don’t know if he did college or not but he went fully into politics and started working at local levels like BMC.

- 2009 to 2014 – He became MLA for first time from Dahisar seat, that time this seat was new one.

Like many political people, even this man also had few legal and controversy-type problems:
- 2014 Harassment Case – One lady corporator, Sheetal Mhatre said he was harassing and defaming her. But after some years in 2018, court said she was not giving proper statements and maybe it was all for political revenge. So court gave clean chit to Ghosalkar bhai.

Now here comes very sad part. Ghosalkar bhai’s son, Abhishek Ghosalkar was also like him – one political youth leader. He was working in Shiv Sena (UBT) was director in MDCC Bank and also president of Disha Foundation.

But in 2024 February, something shocking happened. During one Facebook Live, one man called Mauris Noronha (aka Mauris Bhai) suddenly shot Abhishek and killed him. That killer also did suicide after that. Entire Mumbai political system got shocked.
